Our Local & Healthy Foods project provides critical support to many of our other projects in terms of research, analysis, and outreach on local food systems. Whereas food production, processing, transportation, distribution, and consumption are integral issues to sustainable agriculture, this project enables us to incorporate the latest information into the development and implementation of other projects.
